Preventative Maintenance
Why do maintenance? This question seems to come up a lot when talking to the customer and my response is always “Do you change the oil in your car? I am guessing that you do and you probably do that because you know that it is not cheap to fix when it breaks down. That is why you should perform the maintenance on your heating and cooling system.” You should treat your heating and cooling system like it is a car because it is just as important. It does not drive you to work but when you get home from work you want to relax in a comfortable setting and not worry about the problems of the day.
Having the preventative maintenance program informs you about how your system is doing (efficiency wise and service wise), it tells you how old your system is so that you can prepare for future replacements if needed, and it gives you that peace of mind that everything is going to work correctly until the next time that you arrive. Maintenance is a key ingredient in prolonging the life of your heating and cooling system. We perform a tune up for each mode of your system. One in the spring to make sure that your air conditioning is working and the Second in the fall to make sure that everything is operating properly for the heating season. It is only $140.00 a year that is collected after the first maintenance and the next tune up is already paid for.
